Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field;
Knowledge of project management;
Understanding of time management, risk management, financial and budgetary management, resource management, and communication management;
Familiarity with both agile and traditional (waterfall) project management methodologies;
Knowledge of development pipelines and software engineering;
Familiarity with development frameworks;
Knowledge of information technology, innovation, and IT governance;
Skills in negotiation, leadership, and problem solving;
Knowledge of MTU, RNP, and USDE.
Postgraduate degree in IT or Projects/Management (preferred);
Experience with hybrid project management (preferred);
Ability to prospect solutions for developing technical models (preferred);
Competencies such as Change Promotion, Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning, Promotion of Integrated Operations, Resource and Results Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Promotion of Innovation, Leadership and People Management, Strategic Guidance and Formulation, and Relationship Building and Market Orientation (preferred);
Certifications: CSM, PMP, SAFe, OKR, CSPO, PSM or PSPO (preferred).
