Role Overview
- Draft, review and manage general contracts;
- Provide legal support to business areas (Expansion, Finance, Operations, IT, Procurement, Engineering, HR, among others);
- Participate in meetings, calls and discussions with internal departments;
- Analyze, draft and formalize supply contracts, service agreements, construction/works contracts and confidentiality agreements (NDAs);
- Draft and review notices, claims, terminations, amendments, agreements, side letters and declarations;
- Support contract negotiations;
- Prepare other legal documents related to business operations.
Requirements
- Law degree (completed).
- MS Office – Intermediate.
- Experience in contracts.
- English – Intermediate.
