About this role
Role Overview
- Management of individual and third-party legal proceedings;
- Monitoring of requests for subsidies and expert examinations;
- Organizing the hearing schedule (company representatives, witnesses, and documents);
- Analysis and revision (including upward adjustments) of settlement proposals;
- Validation of defenses, appeals, and procedural documents;
- Support in internal investigations for the implementation of disciplinary measures;
- Responding to inquiries from internal departments;
- Other duties commensurate with the legal role.
Requirements
- Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Reside in São Paulo;
- Postgraduate qualification in Labor Law and Labor Procedure is a plus.
