Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, from planning through analysis and consolidation of findings.
Conduct user and stakeholder interviews, usability tests and hypothesis validation sessions.
Map end-to-end user journeys (before, during and after using the service), identifying friction points and opportunities for improvement.
Create flows, empathy maps, personas and other artifacts that support product and design decision-making.
Contribute to the structuring and tracking of user experience metrics.
Ensure solutions consider accessibility and inclusion principles from the outset.
Systematize research learnings and facilitate knowledge sharing within teams.
Support the development of DesignOps practices, bringing efficiency and scalability to UX processes.
Actively participate in ideation sessions, discovery and Design Sprints with a strategic, user-centered perspective.

Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Design, Communication, Technology or related fields;
Proven experience in UX research and both qualitative and quantitative methods;
Knowledge of digital accessibility;
Experience applying UX metrics and the ability to generate actionable insights;
Experience with Design Thinking, discovery processes and agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, etc.);
Ability to work autonomously within multidisciplinary teams;
Intermediate English (reading and technical writing).
