Provide coaching to team members, along with supporting their development of business and technical skills
Support individual contributors (Analysts and Sr. Analysts) prioritize and review work
Present continuous improvement insights and recommendations to managers and leaders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, requiring effective communication skills
Leverages prior experiences to help develop and recommend solutions
Participate in the continuous improvement of FBS processes by developing scalable solutions
Coordinate execution by a small team of required tasks related to the delivery of the (PTP, OTC, RTR) tower
Create regular reports for the leadership
Foster collaboration with team members to develop a supportive and engaged team
Drive team's results and celebrate accomplishments

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills
Experience with data analytics / data visualization
Experience with different innovative technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain is highly desired
Previous people or project team management experience.
