You take overall responsibility for our Performance Marketing: 5 teams, true P&L ownership and the mandate to turn this area into a growth engine.
You don’t wait for instructions. You analyze, decide, execute — and course-correct quickly.
You build and lead 5 high-performance teams: Meta, SEA, CRM, Marketplace and Onsite — both disciplinary and functional leadership — and establish a culture of excellence.
P&L responsibility for our Other Own Brand shops (Primum, Müllers Naturhof, petsPremium) and our marketplace business.
You manage €8M+ in ad spend and scale with clear CLV/CAC ratios to €30M+ while identifying growth levers.
You are responsible for the performance channels of our focus brands: Wolfsblut, Wildes Land and Arden Grange.
Technical and strategic ownership for the entire Online Sales & Performance Marketing area.
You scale outcomes, not just headcount: you identify and implement AI tools and automations to eliminate manual processes.
Requirements
Several years of leadership experience in performance marketing with measurable results — not theory, but proven scaling.
You make fast decisions using micro-learnings, work hypothesis-driven and continuously challenge assumptions — speed beats perfection.
You see AI not as a gimmick but as a decisive competitive advantage (force multiplier) and have experience deploying tech solutions for operational excellence.
You address issues as they arise — not when they escalate. You’re not afraid of difficult conversations but remain constructive.
Numbers are your language. You spot anomalies in dashboards before others do.
You have proven that you don’t just survive in complex organizations — you leverage them to achieve your goals.
You understand the connection between creative and performance — and can manage both, winning discussions with data and arguments, not politics.
