Responsible for the strategic sourcing of all indirect goods and services.
Develop and execute Global multi-year procurement strategies.
Oversee supplier relationships and drive cost savings and value creation.
Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
Master's degree or global equivalent preferred.
May hold two or more industry certifications.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies that deliver cost savings and improve efficiency across diverse categories.
Experience managing executive internal stakeholders and senior external supply partners.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
