Role Overview
- Lead all compliance, AML/CFT, and regulatory governance functions for Alpaca Singapore
- Serve as the primary Compliance Officer
- Maintain a comprehensive compliance framework and monitoring plan
- Prepare and review all regulatory filings and communications with MAS
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
Requirements
- Deep experience in Singapore’s securities and brokerage regulatory landscape
- Excellent risk judgment
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills
- Serve as the Primary Compliance Officer with MAS
- Interpret new and evolving regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain compliance policies
- Oversee compliance training programs
