3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Data area
Knowledge of basic structures (tables, views, procedures, etc.) and data architectures (OLTP, OLAP, Data Lake)
Basic knowledge of SQL
Capture, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement clarification meetings
Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and scope management
Contribute to functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping
Ability to analyze database structures
Good knowledge of modeling tools, e.g. Enterprise Architect, Visual Paradigm, draw.io or similar
Creativity and flexibility in problem solving
Fluency in English and Polish
