Responsible for assisting in the management of costs and control of schedules within PNY portfolio of projects.
Creating and keeping all project schedules current.
Partnering and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders to help coordinate planning, design, execution, monitoring and closeout of complex substation and line projects.
Leading the integrated management of cost, schedule, and risk across a portfolio of transmission electric projects.
Ensuring strategic alignment, proactive risk mitigation, and informed decision-making through robust program controls and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or related field required.
8+ years of experience in project scheduling, program planning, or project controls within complex, cross-functional environments
Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of schedule management methodologies, including Critical Path Method (CPM) and risk analysis.
Demonstrated ability to lead scheduling teams and develop standardized scheduling practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience presenting leadership and translating technical data into actionable insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
