Role Overview
- Ensure that qualified leads are prospected and schedule meetings with Account Executives
- Qualifying sales leads through calls, emails, texts, and social outreach
- Pitching Relay’s partnership program by positioning aspects of our product
- Scheduling a high volume of meetings with qualified leads through outbound outreach
- Strategizing with the Sales team to innovate and improve efficiency of sales processes
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume sales role (e.g. retail, staffing agency or previous BDR/SDR experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Receptive to constructive feedback and new sales strategies
- Hungry for growth and thrive in a competitive environment
