Monitoring and fault detection of customer systems from the marine, oil & gas, electric power and locomotive sectors in the control center
Provide 1st-level support to fleet customers via a remote service software platform
Perform proactive condition analysis of engine and system data, including oil analyses; define initial corrective measures and inform the service departments
Monitor maintenance activities and administer the associated software tools
Set up and monitor the functions of the monitoring platforms at customer sites and internally
Receive and handle customer inquiries by phone or email in the helpdesk
Use and maintain data in a cross-departmental ticketing system
Requirements
Successfully completed technical vocational training or qualification as a master craftsman/technician, plus several years of professional experience (e.g., as a service technician)
Experience in service, plant operation, commissioning or comparable areas
Willingness to work in shifts and be on call
Knowledge of configuration and operation of (remote) monitoring systems
Business-fluent German (C1) and good written and spoken English (B1)
