Role Overview
- Identify potential new customers proactively, personally, and with sensitivity to timing
- Initiate first contact with prospects and create genuine interest
- Qualify leads using a clear framework and hand them over to Account Managers
- Document activities in our CRM for transparency throughout the sales process
- Plan events from research through follow-up
Requirements
- Initial experience in B2B outreach, sales, or sales development
- Goal-oriented, energetic, and resilient when handling rejections
- Structured work style and confident use of digital sales and research tools
- Interest in topics related to Microsoft Cloud (in particular Azure and Microsoft 365)
- Fluent German and good English skills – both written and spoken
- Rapid onboarding to CRM systems and conscientious documentation of work
