Senior Business Development Manager – Warranty and Services

Role Overview

• Optimize existing warranty and services sales offering
• Ensure best-in-class operational performance
• Develop new services to serve Autohero customers
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, tech and Marketing teams
• Become the central point of connection between stakeholders for project rollouts
• Implement cost-controlling procedures and increase revenue through initiatives

Requirements

• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in Automotive warranty and/or maintenance contracts management
• Autonomy and demonstrated track record working with high-level stakeholders at international scale
• Completed studies in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance or a comparable degree programme
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Full proficiency in English is mandatory, every other European language is a plus
