Senior Business Development Manager – Consumer Financing Strategy

Role Overview

• Drive commercial performance of consumer financing and private leasing for Autohero customers
• Design and optimize financial products: pricing, interest rates, and partnership models
• Lead process implementation and operational improvements for finance offerings
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, Legal, and external partners to launch new customer solutions
• Use data-driven insights to develop products that transform the online car buying experience
• Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and financing partners

Requirements

• Very good analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities to meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience (car credit and/or private leasing)
• working for a captive or independent car financing provider, preferably with international scope
• Proven track record in car financing and/or leasing product design, pricing, and process implementation
• Autonomy and demonstrated track record working with high-level stakeholders at international scale
• Completed studies in finance, business administration, engineering, computer science, or a comparable degree programme
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Full proficiency in English is mandatory, every other European language is a plus
