Role Overview
- Payroll coordination with a remote accounting team and ADP.
- Employee onboarding and offboarding (personnel files, orientation, documentation).
- Office management: appearance, supplies, and physical and digital filing.
- Liaison with external accounting and legal firms.
- Support for HR compliance (documentation, personnel files, policies).
- Administrative coordination of the support team (accounting, assistants).
- Management of employee benefits and insurance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role with responsibility for payroll and/or HR.
- Experience with ADP or an equivalent payroll system (preferred).
- Impeccable organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Professional communication in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel).
- Ownership mindset: “If it fell, I pick it up — I don’t wait to be told.”
- Plus (not required): Experience in construction or engineering companies.
- Familiarity with labor compliance processes in Puerto Rico.
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting systems.
