Role Overview
- Process and validate financial/transactional data accurately and within deadlines
- Perform reconciliations, settlements, and exception management
- Support the preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and audit documentation
- Carry out data entry, verification, and back-office record maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- Learn and work on Empower’s internal systems, tools, and workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com – Accounting, Finance, or related specialization)
- Strong understanding of commerce and finance fundamentals
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of ERP/finance tools is an advantage
- Good analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork ability
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a process-driven environment
