About this role
Role Overview
- Welcome all customers upon arrival and gather feedback to improve their future rental experience
- Ensure customers take all personal belongings, check vehicles for damage, and manage any issues
- Advise customers on rental charges and provide accurate receipts
- Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance or grounding and ensure they are moved to the correct location
- Work in various weather conditions and take on additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts
- Open to travel (5-10%)
- Willing to wear a company uniform
- Speaking other languages is a plus
