Assist in performing administrative activities across multiple departments, such as general administration, sales, accounting and finance;
Complete forms, perform data entry and organize documents, in addition to drafting memos, letters and department reports;
Support the monitoring and consolidation of compliance and risk indicators for the preparation of periodic reports;
Assist in supplier, partner and third‑party due diligence processes by conducting initial research and organizing information;
Provide support for management of the whistleblowing channel, performing initial triage and organizing records under supervision while ensuring strict confidentiality;
Carry out activities in accordance with internal procedures, ensuring compliance with standards, quality policies and the company’s safety practices.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Psychology, Law, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or Engineering;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Basic understanding of compliance principles and the ability to interpret internal policies to assess compliance;
Organized (preference for structured methods and evidence), clear communicator, ethical conduct, proactive and able to work effectively in a team;
Knowledge of Projuris and whistleblowing/reporting channel tools is a plus.
