About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for supporting HCSC Government Programs Compliance in gathering, analyzing, trending and reporting on data
- Monitoring corrective action plans
- Supporting Government Programs related training and communications
- Assisting with monitoring sales activities and other activities
- Support the Corporate Compliance Debarment team to comply with federal and state mandated regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business OR 4 years’ direct data analysis experience
- Two (2) years of experience in the administration of Medicare or Medicaid
- Ability to manage priorities of multiple stakeholders and multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience analyzing data to find trends to manage regulations and requirements
- Strong organizational, decision-making and analytical skills
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations
- Experience overseeing/managing projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PC proficiency to include MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Workday
