Assist with operational and strategic activities for institutional communication;
Ensure alignment with the visual and verbal identity;
Assist in planning, producing, organizing and publishing content in various formats;
Generate basic reports from PUCPR's owned channels (social media, app, institutional website);
Update periodic performance spreadsheets that support the Communication team’s decisions;
Support metric analysis to generate insights;
Collaborate with Marketing teams: Growth, Creative and Engagement.

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Communication, Advertising, Marketing or related fields;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and WordPress;
Basic understanding or interest in communication strategies;
Knowledge of formats and language for social media;
Familiarity with tools such as Canva and CapCut.
