About this role

Design, operate, and support systems for student accounts and e-commerce solutions
Manage the University’s Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance program
Provide oversight of the payment systems infrastructure and PCI compliance framework
Manage annual PCI audits and support various service centers
Coordinate cross-departmental efforts and create PCI-compliant payment sites
Oversee security requirements and operations for merchant services
Support cross-functional activities related to payment acceptance and processing
Lead testing and implementation of new system functionalities
Monitor activity to support Internal Audit and prevent fraud
Serve as a data steward delegate overseeing access requests

Bachelor’s degree
6-8 years’ experience in a finance, accounting, business, or technology management
Project management and/or business process design experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced degree in business, finance, accounting, technology management, or related field (preferred)
Experience in a higher education environment (preferred)
Experience with project management (preferred)
Experience with Workday Financials, Ellucian Banner AR, and Touchnet Marketplace and Bill+Payment (preferred)
Experience with technology change management protocols (preferred)
