Partner with the business to achieve strategic objectives with a view to maximising commercialism
Maintain acute awareness of significant financial risks/sensitives/drivers and their status, anticipate requirements for analysis and proactively offer reliable analysis/insights to drive and support commercial decision making
Prepare management reporting, providing clear insightful commentary, identifying trends, emerging issues, and drivers of assigned business unit performance to all key stakeholders
Produce budget and reforecast information, working with business unit managers to ensure that revised assumptions and figures are aligned, reasonable and meet objectives
Prepare reports that meet the presentation, information, and quality requirements for the Board/Executive
Requirements
More than 2+ years demonstrated experience in a similar business partnering role, working within a fast-paced business environment
Previous role working in the analysis of data and identification of trends and anomalies
Experience in insurance would be highly regarded
Exposure to BI systems and tools (preferred)
Adept at using budgeting, forecasting and general ledger systems
CA or CPA Qualified
Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
Advanced Excel (able to utilise complex formulae to build efficient and flexible models/reports
