Senior People Business Partner

Roblox is a platform where millions of people explore, create, and connect through immersive digital experiences. They are seeking a Senior People Business Partner to align talent strategies with business objectives, support organizational change, and foster a culture of innovation within their Creator group.

Responsibilities:

• Establish yourself as a knowledgeable, trusted, reliable partner for the Creator leadership team
• Develop multi-year talent roadmaps and strategic workforce architecture that prioritizes the aggressive scaling of principal-level engineering, ML, and game development talent required for high-fidelity content and genre expansion
• Synthesize complex workforce analytics (attrition, engagement, productivity, etc.) into actionable insights that help leaders prioritize high-impact people initiatives over tactical fixes
• Collaborate with other People and Talent teams, as well as various Centers of Excellence in the design and implementation of innovative People programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce
• Provide strategic guidance on a wide range of people-related topics, including organizational design and effectiveness, talent management, strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and other key initiatives
• Serve as an executive coach, provide guidance, and support the development of our leaders
