About this role

Gather, process and present data to aid in informed decision-making
Work closely with senior analysts and managers for accurate and timely reporting
Maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, SQL, PowerBI
Responsible for the preparation and delivery of periodic management reports
Upload and download data from various sources
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Reconcile and validate data for accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for analytical support
Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes

1-3+ years of finance or data analytics related experience, preferred to have insurance knowledge or background
Intermediate level SQL and Excel experience, adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Knowledge of and experience with reporting tools & databases (SQL Server & PowerBI)
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent critical thinking skills to flag data issues
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team
