About this role

Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup.
Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations.
Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks.
Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams.
Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness.
Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery.

Proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations.
In-depth knowledge of French payroll regulations.
Fluent in French (min. C1 level) and English.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent by experience.
