Provide support to regional teams and the commercial/sales team, ensuring close collaboration and alignment;
Support monitoring of the customer journey, contributing to a consistent customer experience;
Support post-sale activities together with the sales team, including warranty handling and customer requests;
Monitor orders and deliveries, facilitating cross-functional alignment to ensure products are delivered correctly, within agreed timelines, and in accordance with commercial terms;
Track customer performance, supporting analyses of execution, service levels, and results together with the sales team;
Analyze satisfaction surveys, collaborating with relevant teams to define and follow up on action plans;
Provide data, insights, and analyses to the Customer Experience team, supporting continuous improvement initiatives;
Support issue resolution by connecting needs to internal areas (logistics, billing, finance, and others);
Contribute to organizing information, records, and controls related to contracts, documentation, and commercial routines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or a related field;
Experience in commercial/sales areas, customer service, or sales support;
Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools.
