Escalate non-compliant loans to the manager with detailed explanation
Communicate/coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Generate accurate and timely disclosures and ensure all regulatory requirements are met
Review tolerance violations based on TRID (TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosure) guidelines and provide detailed reporting of cures determined
Disclose accurate Post Closing Consummation Disclosure after necessary corrections
Audit and Reconciliation of Compliance reports, Redisclosures and Closing Disclosures

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
1+ years of mortgage experience, preferably in Post Closing and Closing Disclosure
Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
