About this role

Lead the strategy, design, and execution of global benefits and mobility programs
Develop and execute the global strategy for employee benefit programs
Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure benefits programs meet workforce needs
Manage vendor relationships, including brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators
Analyze utilization, cost, and market data to optimize programs
Ensure compliance with regulations
Lead global mobility strategy including international assignments and relocations
Oversee end-to-end mobility processes and partner with Legal, Tax, and external advisors

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
8+ years of progressive experience in benefits and/or global mobility
Strong expertise in global benefits design and administration
Experience managing international assignments, immigration processes, and cross-border employment considerations
Knowledge of global tax, payroll, and employment risks related to workforce mobility
Proven ability to manage external vendors including brokers, immigration counsel, tax providers, and relocation partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
