Lead, coach, and develop a team of Integrated Marketing Managers supporting both demand generation and customer lifecycle marketing
Define and drive integrated marketing strategies that span the full funnel—from new business acquisition through customer retention and expansion
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline and growth goals
Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, email, events, and marketing automation
Ensure strong alignment and continuity across demand generation and lifecycle programs to deliver a seamless customer experience
Guide the use of segmentation, customer insights, and performance data to inform strategy and optimize campaign effectiveness
Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics; monitor results and continuously refine programs to improve pipeline, engagement, and revenue impact
Drive a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement across the team
Support prioritization, resource planning, and execution to ensure the team delivers against business objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of relevant experience, including experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model, with at least 2+ years in a formal people management role
5+ years developing and running integrated marketing campaigns in a SaaS or subscription-based environment, with experience supporting both new business acquisition and customer expansion.
Proven experience leading integrated marketing within a SaaS or subscription-based business
Fluency and skill in developing data-driven campaign plans
Strong strategic thinking skills coupled with the ability to focus intensively on excellent operational execution
Fluency and skill with social media
Excellent communication skills, both long form and short.
Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and exhibit grace under pressure.
