Build strong relationships with portal account managers and lead commercial discussions around commissions (CPA), placements, ranking positions, and newsletter features.
Shape and evolve the Aggregator Product Roadmap, including cashback structures and contract terms optimized for comparison algorithms.
Own our price and product data feeds, working closely with IT to ensure accurate, real-time, and reliable portal integrations.
Improve landing pages and the lead-to-contract flow to reduce leakage, create stronger contextual continuity, and increase conversion.
Build and use performance dashboards to track ranking position, funnel health, LTV, churn, and overall channel profitability.
Requirements
Have strong commercial mindset and analytical skills
Have experience with performance, affiliate, aggregator, or comparison-based channels
Thrive in cross-functional collaboration and enjoy working closely with others to turn insights into action.
Have a good understanding of APIs, feeds, and tracking
Have experience with CRO, landing page optimization, and funnel performance
An AI-first mindset, curiosity around automation and optimization, and proven ability to implement and manage AI models for use cases such as ranking optimization, dynamic pricing, or predictive churn analysis.
Are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
