Define, implement and automate AI indicators (value, risk, quality, cost, usage and compliance) directly within tools and platforms
Develop technical and operational metrics for models, agents and AI solutions
Implement continuous monitoring (performance, drift, bias, cost, availability)
Provide technical support to AI Governance Committees, supplying evidence and analyses
Integrate AI indicators with business, risk and compliance data
Support technical audits and automated controls
Contribute to the standardization of metrics, logs and audit trails

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related fields
Advanced courses in:
Technical AI Governance
MLOps / Observability
Model Metrics and Monitoring
Responsible AI (bias, explainability and risk)
Languages: Python, SQL
AI/ML platforms and LLMs
Monitoring and observability tools
BI and visualization (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
APIs, data pipelines and automation
Desired certifications:
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Certifications in ML, Data Engineering or MLOps
Certifications in Responsible AI / AI Governance (technical)
