Performs statistical studies aimed at producing business-relevant knowledge and supporting decision-making;
Identifies trends and predictive models to support managers in decision-making;
Develops and implements analytical initiatives to support HR strategies;
Serves as the technical reference on the subject, guiding and influencing decisions based on insights derived from people data, and provides technical guidance on best practices for data analysis and methodologies, sharing insights and market updates related to analytics trends and technologies;
Makes strategic recommendations based on in-depth analyses;
Leads the identification of improvement opportunities based on data and works on improving, organizing, cleaning, curating, creating, and modeling datasets;
Provides technical direction for training on People Analytics tools;
Acts as a reference for data governance in People Analytics and advises peers, working closely with the Data Horizontal team to ensure systemic best practices are followed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
Advanced knowledge in Data Analysis, Analytical Tools, Statistics and Modeling, Programming, Advanced BI, Databases
SQL
Advanced, and knowledge of APIs.
Experience in Data Management and Governance, AI, and predictive models applied to HR is desirable.
