Purchase assigned parts from an approved supplier base per agreed purchase policies
Lead activities to maintain inventory levels in line with Inventory Management goals and objectives while maintaining On-Time Delivery targets
Maintain MRP parameters to ensure item data is updated correctly
Proactively report and solve component availability issues
Adjust MRP attributes based on incoming demand signals while completing monthly volume plans
Manage supply of finished goods items at EU warehouses for customer and internal orders
Keep key stakeholders informed of any issues or delays caused by suppliers or general market conditions

Business Degree or equivalent (Level 8) with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant Buyer/Planner position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in an MRP/MPS environment
Previous experience in Planning & Procurement
Previous experience using Oracle Applications
