Develop and implement micro-frontend solutions using React and modern frontend tooling.
Build reusable components, UI modules, and shared libraries to support a scalable architecture.
Contribute to sprint development with high-quality, maintainable code.
Collaborate with architects, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver robust frontend features.
Ensure adherence to performance, security, and accessibility best practices.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of the frontend codebase.
Support integration with backend services (REST APIs, GraphQL).

5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
Expert-level proficiency in React (hooks, context, state management)
Hands-on experience with micro-frontend architectures (Module Federation, Webpack, Single-SPA)
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern build tools
Solid understanding of CSS, SASS, CSS-modules, and responsive UI patterns
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright), and Git
Familiarity with backend integration patterns (REST, GraphQL)
Understanding of accessibility standards, performance optimization, and secure coding practices
Experience working in Agile environments and with DevOps-oriented workflows
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Experience in banking or enterprise environments is a plus
Experience with agentic development (spec-kit, bmad-method) is a plus
Professional experience with backend development in Java is beneficial
Knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and event-driven architectures (Kafka) is an advantage
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level.
