About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure the organization’s operational resilience by developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity strategies.
- Ensure that critical processes remain operational or are recovered quickly in the event of disruptions or crises, minimizing financial, reputational, and operational impacts.
- Lead interviews and workshops to identify critical processes, defining key metrics such as RTO and RPO.
- Map threats that could interrupt our operations and act consultatively with business areas to implement mitigation measures.
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Crisis Management Plans, and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
- Plan and execute practical exercises and simulations to validate the effectiveness of the plans.
- Support compliance with the ISO 22301 standard by monitoring performance KPIs.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Risk Management, Audit, Internal Controls, or related fields.
- Standards: Knowledge of ISO 22301.
- Tools: Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI dashboards for data analysis, monitoring, and executive reporting.
- Experience in the supplementary healthcare sector, financial institutions, or aviation (due to regulatory rigor).
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Risk Management or Business Continuity.
