Ensure the organization’s operational resilience by developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity strategies.
Ensure that critical processes remain operational or are recovered quickly in the event of disruptions or crises, minimizing financial, reputational, and operational impacts.
Lead interviews and workshops to identify critical processes, defining key metrics such as RTO and RPO.
Map threats that could interrupt our operations and act consultatively with business areas to implement mitigation measures.
Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Crisis Management Plans, and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
Plan and execute practical exercises and simulations to validate the effectiveness of the plans.
Support compliance with the ISO 22301 standard by monitoring performance KPIs.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Risk Management, Audit, Internal Controls, or related fields.
Standards: Knowledge of ISO 22301.
Tools: Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI dashboards for data analysis, monitoring, and executive reporting.
Experience in the supplementary healthcare sector, financial institutions, or aviation (due to regulatory rigor).
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Risk Management or Business Continuity.
