About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of active clients, focusing on relationship management, retention, and account expansion;
Conduct periodic business review meetings to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
Map stakeholders and clients' needs to propose customized solutions;
Act in a consultative manner, ensuring the best possible customer experience and satisfaction with contracted products and services;
Keep CRM records up to date and report performance indicators;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of value to the client;
Anticipate churn risks and propose corrective actions;
Meet growth targets for the client base and relationship KPIs.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Experience in customer service and relationship management with B2B clients;
Knowledge of technologies for vehicle fleet monitoring, tracking, and management;
Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH category B) and availability to travel throughout Brazil;
Preferred:
Experience managing relationships with fleet customers.
