About this role
Role Overview
Directly lead 6–8 Team Captains coaching their teams of customer support reps
Support, coach, and motivate Team Captains for their growth
Oversee day-to-day operations and identify areas for improvement
Use AI and data insights to drive continuous improvement
Navigate and communicate effectively during changes
Requirements
3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in a customer support or contact centre environment
Developed team leads or supervisors, not just individual contributors
Familiar with contact centre software, CRM tools, and AI-assisted workflows like Claude and Fellow (HubSpot is a plus)
Clear and empathetic in communication
Flexible and fast-moving, can adapt to changing environments
