Conduct deep technical discovery and align AI/data initiatives with business objectives
Architect scalable solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
Deliver customized demos, workshops, and executive briefings
Lead end-to-end POV deployments, including installation, configuration, and validation
Troubleshoot performance, integration, and security issues during rollout
Drive production adoption through documentation, enablement, and expansion planning
Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal Product/Engineering teams
Requirements
5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar) within SaaS, infrastructure, or AI environments
Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including hybrid architecture design
Solid understanding of networking and security principles (firewalls, IAM, routing, access controls)
Experience working with large-scale unstructured data systems and governance models
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executive stakeholders
Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows, data preparation, and compliance considerations
Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
