Role Overview
- Lead clinical care for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients)
- Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
- Review and finalize FBAs and treatment plans
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to staff
- Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services across settings
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- 1+ year BCBA experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment
- Comfortable working across home, school, and community settings
