Act as the focal point for strategic initiatives related to communications and compliance with the organization’s internal and external regulations, efficiently managing projects, developing communication strategies, and strengthening stakeholder relationships to maintain institutional success.
Collaborate with the communications team to develop effective internal and external communication strategies by identifying target audiences, defining key messages, and selecting the most appropriate channels while ensuring consistency in the organization’s communications.
Plan, execute, and monitor communication projects such as advertising campaigns, product and service launches, corporate events, and other communication initiatives by organizing teams, resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
Understand the organization’s relevant regulations, including laws, internal policies, government guidelines, and regulator requirements, to ensure that the organization’s communications activities comply with these rules.
Establish metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of communications and regulatory initiatives, including data collection and analysis and the conduction of opinion surveys to monitor the impact of communications activities on organizational outcomes.
Maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and the general community, through regular communication, expectation management, and responses to inquiries or concerns related to communications and regulations in order to build trust and strengthen the employer brand.
Work on institutional projects, including institutional development, fundraising, strategic partnerships, institutional events, and others, ensuring these projects are executed efficiently and within established deadlines.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the area of responsibility and activities performed, as well as requirements of quality management systems, environmental standards, the Compliance Program and the Anti-Bribery Management System, and health, hygiene and occupational safety procedures, including the use of PPE/CPE (personal/collective protective equipment) when activities so require.
Perform other duties inherent to the role or assigned by supervisors, provided they are within the employee’s qualifications, knowledge, and experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields)
Postgraduate degree or specialization courses
Preferred: Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERPs used in the area
Experience or knowledge in brand management, event management, writing, and content production.
