Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, including documentation steps in understandable terms
- Experience with Salesforce and Intercom preferred
- An empathetic, positive approach to customer interactions
- Basic technical skills with curiosity and a desire to learn new software products and offerings
