Role Overview
Offer timely and professional support to clients via phone and Intercom
Apply standard procedures to address inquiries
Help maintain positive client relationships

Requirements
1+ years of customer service experience
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, including documentation steps in understandable terms
Experience with Salesforce and Intercom preferred

Basic technical skills with curiosity and a desire to learn new software products and offerings
