About this role
Role Overview
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach
Educate prospects on Nsure’s revenue cycle automation platform and value proposition
Track all activities accurately in CRM and maintain clean pipeline data
Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-up and professional communication
Meet or exceed activity metrics and pipeline generation goals
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience (healthcare or technology preferred)
Experience with B2B outbound prospecting and cold calling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
Coachable and open to feedback in a high-growth environment
Nice to Have: Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM)
Familiarity with insurance workflows, denials management, or reimbursement processes
Background in SaaS or enterprise software sales
