Role Overview
- Responsibility for and coordination of the planning, execution and follow-up of community summits
- Development of the core event concept, including agenda, speakers and timeline
- Booking and coordination of event venue(s) and external service providers
- Recruiting and training event staff
- Travel planning and booking accommodation for the internal team
- Running the event and acting as on-site event lead
- Coordination of event follow-up
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager, Event Manager or Executive Assistant
- Strong resilience to stress
- German and English at a minimum C1 level
- Strong command of spelling and grammar
- Proactive approach and high reliability
- Proficient use of computers and the internet
- Willingness to travel
