Conduct and/or support internal investigations related to violations of the Code of Ethics or other corporate policies
Document evidence and outline strategies for the proper conduct of a corporate investigation
Perform third-party due diligence (suppliers, partners, commercial representatives)
Propose risk-mitigation actions and execute processes with integrity
Work with internal and external audits and support compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ANAC, Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, CVM)
Monitor laws and regulations relevant to Compliance
Manage and continuously improve the Ethics Channel, ensuring appropriate handling, confidentiality and traceability
Keep the Compliance Program updated

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
Previous experience in Compliance (minimum 2 years)
Intermediate to advanced English (primarily reading and writing)
Experience supporting training and monitoring activities
Ability to prepare executive presentations with Compliance metrics for internal reporting
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Corporate Governance and applicable legal requirements
Familiarity with AI tools
Experience or background in Civil Aviation is a plus
Compliance certification (CPC-A or PQO) is a plus
Experience drafting and reviewing policies
