About this role
Role Overview
- Apply and promote agile methodologies in software development.
- Prepare technical specifications, schedule and lead meetings with business areas, vendors and internal IT teams.
- Manage outstanding activities and maintain alignment with vendors and critical areas.
- Ensure business stakeholders' satisfaction and report progress of deliveries.
- Understand the rules and processes of the supported areas to propose effective solutions.
- Analyze and implement improvements to simplify IT solutions.
- Lead agile ceremonies to deliver every 15 days using agile practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in technology projects
- Knowledge of microservices (REST APIs), DevOps and databases
- Intermediate English (speaking and writing)
- Experience in management and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Skills: negotiation, clear communication and persistence
💡 Differentials:
- Experience as a Product Owner developing products for digital channels
- Technical knowledge: microservices, observability tools and ability to read architecture diagrams
- Experience in the aviation sector
- Experience with e-commerce or website development
