Client interface & relationship management: act as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients, maintaining long-term client relationships through regular communication
Needs analysis & customer satisfaction: identify clients' individual needs and proactively work to secure their satisfaction and retention
Information & communications management: keep clients continuously informed about new benefits, developments, and optimization opportunities
Product development & innovation: further develop the existing benefits portfolio, implement innovative bonus models, and design tailored programs
Strategic consulting & system analysis: provide strategic advice to clients, analyze existing benefits systems, and develop future-proof solutions to increase employee satisfaction
Requirements
Completed commercial/business vocational training or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience — ideally in enterprise account management, project management, or customer success management
Strong client
and service-orientation
Empathy, confident presence, and assertiveness
Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Clear, persuasive communication and strong presentation skills — both in one-on-one settings and in front of groups
Independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
High level of organizational ability and solid commercial/business know-how
Business-fluent in German and English
Solid project management skills
