Consulting employers on employee and corporate events — from the inquiry to implementation
Creating tailored event concepts and proposals, conducting sales meetings and managing the process through to contract signature
Providing professional customer support by phone, e-mail and digital channels and building long-term client relationships
Actively acquiring new event locations and partners, maintaining existing contacts and continuously expanding the network
Working independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner in a remote setting and participating in onboarding in Munich, Steinsee and Fuerteventura
Requirements
Strong sales talent with proven experience in sales
Experience in the tourism, hotel or event sector or in a comparable commercial or sales-related role
Solid commercial understanding with experience in offer calculation, contract closing, active customer development and routine use of CRM and ERP systems
Able to work independently, organized and motivated to work remotely from the Canary Islands
Open, professional and service-oriented demeanor
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
