Customer interface & relationship management: establish and maintain a central interface between internal departments and clients
Needs analysis & satisfaction: identify individual needs of clients and their employees and develop tailored solutions
Service-oriented order processing: guide new and existing clients through all order processes
Communication & product development: proactively inform about new benefits and actively contribute to shaping the benefits portfolio
Strategic consulting & optimization: provide strategic advice to clients and develop customized benefits programs

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
Solid knowledge of HR and tax matters; experience in Compensation & Benefits is a plus
Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness in advising and supporting demanding clients
Independent, structured, and solution-focused working style
Strong planning and organizational skills
Confident handling of commercial topics
Business-fluent German and English
Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
