Customer Advisor – Insurance Consulting

Role Overview

• Provide individual advice to employees on financial wellbeing, insurance, and pension matters, with a focus on property and casualty (P&C) insurance
• Support clients via phone, written communication, and virtual channels to ensure a positive service and user experience
• Independently handle customer inquiries and service processes
• Explain complex insurance and financial topics clearly and in a customer-oriented manner
• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of services and processes in the areas of pensions, insurance, and financial wellbeing

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in the insurance field, or a banking qualification with relevant insurance experience
• Professional experience in customer or insurance consulting (B2C), preferably in property and casualty (P&C) insurance
• Strong service and customer orientation and a genuine enjoyment of advisory work
• Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
